Here's To Fall And All Its Fun

How in the world can I tell you how I feel about fall? Maybe a few photos will help, and then maybe we can talk about the highlights.

Hanson's and Kristy's cattle guard.

Neighbors moving cows - you may recognize them.

Big and little sister celebrating big sister's birthday out in the pasture with Grandma.

Me, out helping Howard move machinery and looking for photo ops.

More pasture fun.

Sports season is in full gear. Year #1 of basketball for this #1.

A pretty view of a quite recognizable landmark butte south of Medora.

Wild horses of TRNP and a taste of fall color.

Good morning sun!

Nothing better than playing in the creek!

A different perspective of the old DeMores Packing Plant chimney in Medora.

My school bus-meeting buddy.

Tailgating and football scheduled for a granddaughter and me in Fargo next weekend. So looking forward to it!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so there is a few thousand for you. Brief recap of what I have been up to in the past month, and here is a list in case you wonder what a 75 years old retired woman does to occupy her time.

* Went to several of Kalli's basketball games.

*Attended one farmers market in Beach.

*Did some major weed elimination and yard mowing.

*Drove myself and some friends to Deadwood for our annual ladies' trip - I did well, and

made a profit, even!

*Helped a friend celebrate a birthday and also a granddaughter celebrate hers as well as

one more granddaughter's coming up soon.

*Had a couple of lunches and visits with dear friends.

*Made a couple of bags-here are photos

*Got my nails done and a pedicure and a haircut, had my eyes checked.

*Hosted the Bunco ladies for our September game.

*Helped move machinery several times.

*Ordered a new iPhone and Apple watch -stay tuned! Am discovering I use my phone almost more than my camera for a lot of my photography.

*Designed, ordered, and received my 2024 Calendars- here is a peek!

I have a limited quantity, so if you know you want one or some or need some gifts, etc., let me know soon. $25/each and price includes tax and handling. I had fun choosing sayings or quotes to go with each photo and I hope it adds to your enjoyment of the photo.

I am also happy to announce that Western Edge Bookstore in Medora now carries some of my work - prints, cards, notebooks, calendars - be sure to stop there when you are in Medora - they have a wonderful store!

So as Elvis Presley said, "People need three things to be happy - something to do, something to look forward to, and someone to love." I am truly blessed. TTFN
