This is a photo of our usual Thanksgiving meal. As you can see, it is a smorgasbord of fattening proportions, even including the traditional lefsa our family enjoys during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The photo also captures a small glimpse of my family and my home -two very important elements of my life. ( Oops, I even see a Waylon Jennings album poking into view, indicating my love for music as well.)
As many of you know, photography is now a very important part of my life. It has taught me to be constantly on the look out for the joy and beauty in living and in being, and also for the chance to share it with others.
I am fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the world, blessed with four seasons, abundant wildlife, wonderful landscapes and fantastic people. In my future blogs, I hope to show you some of my world and I hope to brighten your day a little and maybe give you something new to think about, do or try.
This is enough for now. I will be thinking about what story to tell you first in the next day or two. Bobby
