Bunco is a parlour game generally played with twelve or more players, divided into groups of four, trying to score points while taking turns rolling three dice in a series of six rounds. A Bunco is achieved when a person rolls three-of-a-kind and all three numbers match the round number.
Bunco night is here! It comes around once a month, each time at a different player's home, with evening meal and dessert provided by the hostess! What fun it is, especially during this virus-ridden time, to get together with a few friends and just have fun, playing a dice game and trying new foods! My picture says we can roll dice and play at the same time, but I have found that there isn't much information shared, as the game is pretty fast paced. Mostly gaffes and laffs!
If you haven't tried bunco, gather some friends and give it a try! It is such a relaxing, light hearted way to get to know your friends better and enjoy some time together. We have prizes at the end of the game, but there is no skill involved and no way to cheat-so it is a total no-pressure evening!
